- Take West Broad Street east to Gaskins Road and turn right.
- Follow Gaskins Road just under 3 miles.

From Downtown Richmond, East End
- Take I-64 West towards Charlottesville.
- Take the Gaskins Road South exit (180-A).
- Follow Gaskins Road about 2.5 miles.
- After crossing Quioccasin Road the Gayton Crossing Shopping Center will be on your right.
- Roomers will be near the center of the shopping center beside Einstein Bros. Bagels.
From the North, Ashland
- Take I-95 South toward Richmond.
- Take I-64 West towards Charlottesville for 5.5 miles .
- Take the Gaskins Road South exit (180-A).
- Follow Gaskins Road about 2.5 miles.
- After crossing Quioccasin Road the Gayton Crossing Shopping Center will be on your right.
- Roomers will be near the center of the shopping center beside Einstein Bros. Bagels.
From Chesterfield, Southside (Chippenham Parkway)
- Take the Chippenham Parkway north.
- After crossing the James River on the Parkway will become Parham Road.
- Continue north on Parham for about 1.5 miles.
- Turn left onto Derbyshire Road.
- Continue about 1.5 miles to the first light and turn right onto Gaskins Road.
- Continue through the next two lights and look for the Gayton Crossing Shopping Center on your left.

From Chesterfield, Southside (Rt. 288)
- Take Rt. 288 North toward Short Pump
- Take the Patterson Avenue East exit.
- Continue on Patterson about 3.5 miles and turn left onto Gaskins Road.
